Upload Workflow

1. Upload raw files from phone to:
2. Videos → My Drive/Videos/
3. Images → My Drive/Images/
4. Claude Code will:
5. Detect new files in Videos/ and Images/
6. Move them to appropriate Nutri-E Marketing/ subfolder
7. Rename with descriptive names
8. Delete original files from Videos/ and Images/ after processing
9. Update documentation with new assets
